Estimate. Your quote depends on the site and on financing approval.

How the financing works

Four steps. You can have an in-principle answer before the site survey has even started.

  1. 01
    Day 1

    You tell us the project

Court count, model, city. We come back with a two-line quote: the court rent and the groundwork.

  2. 02
    Days 2 to 3

    You put the file together

Your last two or three sets of accounts, a recent bank statement, ID for the director. Nothing else.

  3. 03
    Days 3 to 5

    In-principle answer

An answer usually comes back within 48 to 72 hours. Final approval follows the site survey.

  4. 04
    Week 2

    Signature and start

The contract is signed, the works are scheduled, and the first payment leaves when the court is commissioned.

Your questions

The questions that come up before the first call

Not the question you had?

01How much does it cost to lease a padel court?

Rents start at $700 per court per month on a long-term lease, depending on the model. Site works — slab, excavation, drainage, power, installation — are quoted separately and paid at the start.

02How long from first call to opening?

Around three months. A week for the site survey, six to seven weeks of groundwork, two to three weeks of installation, then handover. A multi-court project does not take much longer: it is the same mobilisation.

03What is not included in the rent?

The groundwork. Excavation, slab, drainage, electrical supply, permits. We price them line by line before anyone starts, and you pay when the work is done. Everything else — structure, glass, turf, net, lighting, shipping, installation — is in the rent.

04What paperwork do you need?

Your last two or three sets of accounts, a recent bank statement, and ID for the director. An in-principle answer usually comes back within 48 to 72 hours; final approval follows the site survey.

05Can we add courts later?

Yes, and it is the most common case. Each phase has its own contract, so adding two courts in two years does not reopen the first one. Multi-court projects also cost less per court: survey, mobilisation and permits are shared.

Maintenance is in the rent, not in a separate contract

Turf care, structural checks, lighting, wear parts. Every court is kept at playing standard throughout the lease period — no service agreement to negotiate on the side, and no line that appears in year three.

Multi-site operators

One agreement, your whole roll-out

One negotiation covers every site on your plan. Adding a court a year later is an amendment, not a new project.

  1. Master agreement

One negotiation, all your sites. Courts are added by simple amendment.

  2. Coordinated roll-out

Installations synced to your opening calendar, and run in parallel where the schedule needs it.

  3. One counterpart

Leases, maintenance and renewals: one dedicated contact for the whole fleet.

  4. Reserved pipeline

Manufacturing capacity held for you before your property leases are even signed.

Your move
  • A free site study across your whole pipeline.
  • A letter of intent locks capacity and pricing for the roll-out.
