Your questions

What to check before moving forward

Not the question you had?

Tell us how many courts and where. You get a quote back, not a brochure.

01How can we add padel without losing our existing activities?

Start with the courts or unused space you can allocate, member circulation and your booking schedule. A tennis conversion requires a slab and anchoring assessment; an existing surface is not automatically suitable. The study compares the layout with the activities you want to keep.

02What is included in the monthly rent?

The court structure, glass, turf, net, lighting, shipping, installation and preventive and corrective maintenance. Groundworks, including the slab, drainage, power supply and permits, are quoted separately. Ask for both parts when comparing proposals.

03Can I start without a finished site plan?

Yes. An address, approximate dimensions and photos are enough to start a conversation. A final layout and quote require a site assessment. If you are still choosing premises, explain your shortlist and constraints.

04Does the simulator give me an approved quote?

No. It illustrates court rent using the current rate card. It does not assess ground conditions, permits or financing eligibility. The written proposal confirms the site-specific scope, separate upfront works and final terms.
