Cookie policy

The site works without any optional cookie. In the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec, nothing that is not strictly necessary loads until you accept it. Elsewhere, including the United States, analytics and advertising cookies are on by default, and you can switch advertising off at any time.

Este documento vale em inglês. Traduzi-lo criaria mais uma versão a manter, e seria a versão divergente a ser invocada num litígio.

Strictly necessary

A language preference cookie written when you use the language switcher, and a session cookie for staff signed into the administration area. Neither is used for advertising and neither can be switched off without breaking the feature it serves.

Your cookie choice itself is kept in your browser so we do not ask again, for six months at most.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager (cookies _ga and _ga_*). It tells us which pages lead to requests and which do not.

Advertising

Google Ads (cookies _gcl_au and _gcl_aw) and the Meta pixel (cookies _fbp and _fbc) measure which campaigns bring visits and requests, and let us show our ads to people who have visited the site.

Advertising click identifiers are also captured from the URL when you arrive from a paid campaign and attached to a request if you submit one, so we can tell which campaigns produce real projects.

Changing your choice

In the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec, reopen the cookie settings from the link in the footer at any time, and choose each category separately if you prefer. Your choice is kept for six months, then we ask again.

Elsewhere, use “Do not sell or share my personal information” in the footer to switch advertising off. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as the same choice. Clearing your browser storage for this site resets the choice.
